Refunds
When you can get your money back.
If a paid plan isn't for you, your first payment can come back to you. This is when that applies and how to ask.
Steps
- 01Open Help and tell us which payment
- 02Or email [email protected]
- 03Once we agree, it goes back to how you paid within 14 days
- 04Allow 5 to 10 working days for your bank to show it
- 05Press Cancel plan on Billing to stop renewals
Good to know
- You get it all back within 7 days of a first monthly payment, or 14 days of a first yearly one, if you've humanized under 2,000 words.
- Renewal payments aren't refunded, so cancel before one is due.
- API credit isn't refunded.
- Deleting your account ends your plan with no refund, so ask us first.
